The last few months much has happened: the meat was more expensive again, I got hair in places where I still believed that to have and it came back few pounds more on the scale. The biggest change I notice however on the job. Gradually, many of the friends I've won here in recent years. Either marry her and move away to make her Ph.D. and pull away, pull away to get married or find a real job, move out there, get married and have children of necessity.
Anyway, it's a strange feeling at once a senior in the laboratory to be and be seen in the naively optimistic faces of new students. A colleague said (only half) jokingly: "They want to learn!
