's holiday with a difference is sometimes much different than planned. On Friday, we follow a night in Hanoi, only an hour later to land in a hotel that we had organized more quickly in bangkok. because hanoi seems crowded than thought ... Saturdays, we have once slept through completely - the time difference and the lack of windows in the room was thanks. we slept a day heavy rain, but we got off on Sunday at the City walk. we quickly fled north into the mountains to Sapa, a small mountainous alpine nest in the middle of Vietnam.
a good decision, how during the trip turned out. because the land was flooded to share in large, this is the worst flooding in recent decades. we are now sitting in our mountain nest almost in a gilded cage, but in nebelkaefig, for here we see more often than the other side of the street and it rains most of the time. 's see where it hintreibt us in the next days. the railway line to the south seems destroyed by Vietnam, the streets it's probably not much better. so our current plan, to find a way back to Hanoi (also the railway line is there is not much better) and as fast as possible a flight to Thailand or to book somewhere else. the main thing is to get out of Vietnam under water. China is currently no solution, though just a stone's throw, but is available on the visa are not fast.
